Straightforward pricing

Scoop offers all customers a no-risk 30 day trial as part of our standard agreement. You will not be billed until the trial period has concluded and can exit the agreement at any time prior. Customers can select the trial start state based on their desired timeline.

Scoop offers monthly and annual billing options. Customers who opt to pay on an annual basis may qualify for a discount off the total agreement.

We calculate your total number of licenses based on who you invite to use Scoop. This is calculated at the end of the free trial and then will be prorated on a monthly basis based on your contract rate to reflect your invited employee count.

Each month Scoop will calculate the number of invited employees and Scoop will prorate your monthly or annual billing if your total invites has increased.  You cannot reduce the number of users but those licenses may be transferred to new employees and you will only be charged for increasing your total user count.

We have a minimum spend requirement but outside of that you are only billed for employees you invite. The minimum spend is to ensure we can continue operating the platform and develop new functionality to better support you with managing hybrid work. You will always be billed the same per employee/per month rate, but in the event spend is below the minimum threshold, your billing will default to the minimum.

Both Scoop pricing plans include access to the Scoop mobile apps and browser extensions for employees, and a web-based dashboard for employers. No additional hardware or setup is required.
